for me very motivating were girls 60+ who do amazing yoga - things like handstands, arm balances etc - things that require a lot of strength and flexibility 😍 my plan is to do the same and even better 😂
maybe i should say "health condition" rather than "age" 🤔
it´s just many people say "i´m too old" or "my body is not designed for it" 🤔 and saying this they prefer taking pills instead of healthy food and exercises.. 😱

actually balance is also a thing which people loose little by little 🤔 (and i mean on legs 😂)
hmm, despite what many people think - with age it becomes a lot more important to workout - first of all to lift 😃

i´d say karate probably also helps psycologically, but i personally don´t like the atmosphere 🤔
i have not tried tai chi but aikido is always very friendly 😆
