Just did some of the "morning boosting". I should be eating some of my soup, but somehow I'm just not that hungry. But I have to eat a bit, so bit by bit eating some of my soup...
Mum was here early. She's hanging the laundry I did. And she'll hoover the downstairs area. After that, a quick shower for me (yay, clean hair, especially with the hot days here now). Then, I have to let Arwen out before mum will take me to Cuijk for my first physio.
My PT scheduled an hour, so hopefully he can loosen my muscles up a bit and then maybe, hopefully, we can start some simple exercises? I know I feel good enough for them, as some moments, I almost forget that I need crutches! The pain is low, with my meds taken though, and the discomfort is becoming less.
The thumb that was giving me extreme pain yesterday, it seems OK again today? 🤔 So weird... It's like I had dislocated my thumb during the night and it needed a day to recover... It happens, unfortunately...

How beautiful it is to find these secluded places in nature. We parked so close to a lake....mountains in the distance. Super quiet. Just the 2 of us basically camping for several days. Nothing eventful, just an example of how this motorhoming life can be at times: relaxing. Nothing more, nothing less.

El Caminito del Rey, in the south of Spain, was once considered the most dangerous hike in the world. Now it has been repaired and rebuilt with nice little walkways that give you a spectacular view of the steep and narrow gorge in El Chorro. Well worth a visit! Caminito Del Rey, once the most dangerous hike in the world....
This was the best place we visited so far, an amazing hike through a wonderful canyon. This hike was considered one of the most dangerous in the world up until 2015 or so, when they rebuilt it all to make it safe. The views are spectacular. Hard to showcase that in a video....but we did our best :).
I've walked with Arwen, just before the wets started falling. Worked on my blog a bit. Wrote a long email to a sweet friend. Boosted toots, not just my own, but also friends and friends of friends...
I'm relaxing a bit now. Hoping that the rain ☔ will sod off by the time Arwen and I wanna go out for walkies again. My shoes just got dry after being caught in the heavy rain yesterday... 😊

Having some toast for my breakfast, 2 slices, one of which is the end crust. I realised that you never see a crust used in commercially made sandwich. So the question is Do you use (eat) the end crust in a loaf, or do you throw it away?

Ello, thought I'd share a short one from here. 😊 Last night I thought I'd heard a big bang. Didn't hear anything after that, so didn't think too much of it. There's so much noise happening here due to the construction, I didn't even register that it was too late for construction... This morning, I saw the doggy poop bin. And it was blasted! Guess someone dropped a cobra or something in that bin to see shit fly?? 🤔 Ah well, never a boring day. 😂
