Contre l’élection de Miss France 2024 à Dijon

Des organisations féministes, syndicales et associatives dénoncent l’élection de Miss France 2024, dont la cérémonie aura lieu au Zénith de Dijon ce samedi 16 décembre.

Ce samedi 16 décembre 2023 a lieu l’élection de Miss France 2024 au Zénith de Dijon. La tenue de cet événement à Dijon provoque l’indignation de nombreuses organisations : il véhicule une vision réductrice non représentative de la diversité du corps des femmes et leur hypersexualisation.

Nous dénonçons les critères portant sur le physique, l’origine ou l’âge : ils participent à une normalisation institutionnalisée des corps féminins. Le corps est instrumentalisé comme objet de loisir et de spectacle à des fins commerciales et publicitaires. Ce concours n’est plus en phase avec les aspirations à la diversité de représentations des corps féminins en 2023-2024. De plus, il est une forme d’appel à la critique violente des corps conformes ou non à ces critères. L’assouplissement effectué il y a peu de ces critères de sélection à l’entrée du concours, n’est qu’une opération de « féminisme washing ». En effet, on ne constate toujours pas d’amélioration dans l’élargissement de représentation des corps féminins. Le concours reste misogyne et aucun autre visant la mise en avant des corps, n’a pourtant autant d’audience.

Nous appelons donc au boycott de cet évènement et à nous rejoindre dans la lutte pour la libération des corps, et contre les violences faites à leur encontre.

Hello Spain (again). So you allow people to take the driving license in English but you use automated translations and do not recommend to take it in english!?

So Spain you cannot hire anyone to translate a standardized test into the most international language on Earth?

So yeah, I am doing the driving license in Spain, in the English language. And I am astonished that they use Google Translate to translate the manual and the tests. It is unbelievable. But doing it in Spanish is tricky because yah I understand Spanish but not the so many technical terms used in these completely bullshit tests. Over 12.000 questions in Spanish and over 3.000 questions in English. 95% of all of the questions are BS and you do not need to know the answer to.... Every single driver will fail this test I bet.

But you know....humans have to have jobs, and then have to make money, so they keep this nonsense for no reason.

Stupid shit. My head hurts by reading the most incomprehensible English text I've read in my entire life. And I am supposed to learn from it...
