Our ytb.trom.tf/ and search.trom.tf/ have been improved and seem to work much better. A lot less crashes. We are basically restarting them much often to prevent them from "hanging". So far so good. We may switch from SearX to Searxng this year, since the latter seems better maintained. The transition should be seamless for users.

So basically if you want to use a search engine that has 0 ads and does not track you, plus seem to have better results since it combines different search engines, and if you want to use youtube via a simple interface and 0 annoyances, then use those tools.
