I personally use a mixture of different tools to get my stuff done. For basic lists (shopping list for example) I use #nextcloud notes as an Android app. This can be synced with all devices. There are stuff, I can actively look for.
For general inforamtion that might be of intereset (my personal top problem) I use #Joplin.
For the organization of tasks (recurring) I use the #nextcloud calendar and tasks. For projects I use a tool like #OpenProject or #redmine.
