This is a github issue requesting Flutter to make their #analytics opt-in for complying with EU/ECC laws (#GDPR). That issue was closed in 2021, now three years later and the telemetry is still there enabled by default. And even if you try to opt-out they'll still ping Google's servers to let them know you've opted out, as per their docs.
When Google tried to add telemetry to the Go language last year it made news and there was significant backlash from the community, enough for them to reverse course and make their telemetry opt-in rather than turning data collection on by default - theregister.com/2023/05/17/gooâŠ
Unfortunately the same didn't happen with Dart/Flutter so far, which means you're likely to face more data collection there by default.

Alice Vaude : Au dĂ©but, câĂ©tait vraiment pour combler un vide quâil y avait Ă Tours. DĂ©jĂ Ă lâĂ©poque on Ă©tait pas uniquement une association dâauto-support, mais aussi de lutte, et câest cette dualitĂ© qui nous reprĂ©sentait et nous reprĂ©sente toujours.
On en est Ă un point oĂč les attaques anti-trans augmentent : les conservateurs et les rĂ©actionnaires, comme dans les assos Ypomoni ou lâObservatoire de la petite sirĂšne, mĂšnent un lobbying et des attaques politiques incessantes. La France suit la voie du Royaume-Uni oĂč les rĂ©acâ mĂšnent des attaques lĂ©gislatives contre les trans au Parlement : ça arrive en France, oĂč il nây a aujourdâhui pas de voix trans portĂ©e Ă lâĂ©chelle nationale.
Cette voix, on pense quâelle doit exister et, pour ça, quâil faut une association nationale. Une autre nĂ©cessitĂ© est celle dâavoir un outil pour mettre en place de lâauto-support, car fonder une organisation locale coĂ»te beaucoup plus que de se rattacher Ă une organisation nationale. Ăa permet aussi de pouvoir dialoguer et entrer en contact avec les autres organisations du mouvement social (fĂ©ministes, syndicales, antiracistes, antivalidistes...).
On ne sâest pas lancé·es sur une extension nationale tout de suite, on a dâabord posĂ© des bases dĂ©mocratiques et de fonctionnement stables Ă Tours avant de crĂ©er dâautres sections locales, comme Ă NĂźmes. Aujourdâhui, avec cinq sections, il y a un bon fonctionnement entre la routine des sections et la politique menĂ©e nationalement.
Quelles relations lâOST entretient avec le monde associatif trans ?
Lâassociatif trans est trĂšs dispersĂ©, avec trĂšs peu de contacts depuis la mort de la FĂ©dĂ©ration Trans Inter. Il est surtout concentrĂ© sur lâautosupport. Le travail fourni par lâensemble du mouvement est nĂ©cessaire, la prĂ©sence de militant·es plus ancien·nes est aussi importante. De fait on travaille et on construit ensemble, comme Ă lâExisTransInter.
Dans le futur, il faudrait rĂ©ussir en tant que mouvement trans Ă construire un rapport de force, et pour ça, il serait intĂ©ressant dâavoir un espace de mise en commun des forces. On est tou·tes uni·es par la volontĂ© dâapporter du soutien aux personnes trans, notamment au vu des conditions que la transitude apporte.
Quelles sont les oppressions vécues par les personnes trans dans le monde du travail et comment les combattre selon vous ?
Lâimmense majoritĂ© des personnes trans sont des travailÂleurs travailleuses prĂ©caires car les parcours de transitions mĂšnent Ă des pressions dans les entreprises, Ă la placardisation et au harcĂšlement. Cela dĂ©bouche souvent sur une sortie du monde du travail salariĂ© et Ă lâisolement, cercle vicieux bouclĂ© par des discriminations Ă lâembauche. Ce phĂ©nomĂšne est dâautant plus vrai pour les femmes immigrĂ©es, qui, exclues du travail salariĂ©, sont poussĂ©es vers la prostitution.
Il ne sâagit pas dâun schĂ©ma dĂ©pendant de quelques patrons transphobes mais bien des consĂ©quences du systĂšme capitaliste et patriarcal. En consĂ©quence, un de nos rĂŽles est de faire gagner une conscience de classe aux travailleurs et travailleuses trans car on ne pourra pas amĂ©liorer nos conditions de vies en tant que trans si on ÂnâamĂ©liore pas celles de toutes et tous les travailleurs.
Dans ce sens nous invitons toutes les personnes trans Ă se syndiquer, Ă rejoindre des organisations politiques rĂ©volutionnaires. En plus de cela nous avons pu amorcer un travail auprĂšs de certains syndicats, unions dĂ©partementales et rĂ©gionales afin de pouvoir les armer face Ă la transphobie dans le monde du travail. Ce travail a particuliĂšrement portĂ© ses fruits avec des syndicats de la santĂ©. On a tout intĂ©rĂȘt Ă un rapprochement entre le mouvement syndical et le mouvement trans, Ă ouvrir des lieux de discussions, de formation.
Lâanticapitalisme est nĂ©cessaire aux luttes trans, lâautosupport est essentiel mais il sâagi dâun soin palliatif et il faut lutter aux racines du systĂšme capitaliste, patriarcal, impĂ©rialiste et raciste. Mais lâinverse est Ă©galement vrai : la lutte politique ne se suffit pas.
DâaprĂšs ce que tu dis on peut comprendre que lâOST a une perspective rĂ©volutionnaire, est-ce le cas ?
LâOST est une organisation de masse, elle vise Ă regrouper toutes les personnes trans quels que soient leurs courants idĂ©ologiques. Cela ne nous empĂȘche pas dâavoir des lignes politiques rĂ©volutionnaires, marxistes, anti-impĂ©rialistes, fĂ©ministes radicales. On recrute largement sur la base de lâentraide et on se forme pour avoir des perspectives politiques pour et par les personnes trans.
Et en effet nous sommes critiques des politiques bourgeoises et rĂ©formistes qui ont Ă©tĂ© portĂ©es quant aux personnes trans. Les promesses ne sont pas tenues et quand il y a des lĂ©gislations pro-trans les associations ne sont pas consultĂ©es et leurs prĂ©conisations sont ignorĂ©es. MĂȘme si certains conseils comme celui Ă la santĂ© sont intĂ©ressants Ă occuper, la reprĂ©sentation dans les lieux de pouvoir de la dĂ©mocratie bourgeoise nâest pas un objectif.
Quelles sont vos activités de terrain ?
Les sections de lâOST tiennent des permanences pour accueillir les personnes trans, et pour les accompagner mais aussi crĂ©er du lien entre ces derniĂšres car elles sont souvent isolĂ©es. Les sections sâinvestissent Ă©galement dans les luttes sociales et participent Ă les construire. Pendant la rĂ©forme des retraites nous Ă©tions prĂ©sent·es Ă Tours en tant quâOST, et aujourdâhui nous sommes de toutes les manifestations en soutien au peuple palestinien.
Une fois que ce travail est fait, nous cherchons Ă construire des luttes trans locales. Par exemple, vers Lille, nous Ćuvrons Ă crĂ©er un front antifasciste large (y compris avec lâUCL) pour rĂ©agir face Ă lâextrĂȘme droite qui diffuse des tracts anti-trans.
Il y a une date pour rĂ©agir Ă lâoffensive transphobe massive qui est en cours, câest le 12âoctobre 2024 oĂč nous invitons Ă une prĂ©sence politique et syndicale forte Ă la marche de lâExisTransInter pour imposer un rapport de force contre la montĂ©e du front mĂ©diatique et institutionnel anti-trans en France.

Cette loi raciste et xénophobe restreint le droit au séjour, accentue considérablement la répression, s'attaque au droit d'asile, au droit du sol, aux étranger·Úres malades, aux étudiant·es non européen·nes, au regroupement familial.
L'attaque contre l'hébergement d'urgence, le durcissement de l'accÚs aux prestations sociales dont les allocations familiales et les aides aux logements vont jeter des familles à la rue ou dans les bras de marchands de sommeil, particuliÚrement les femmes migrantes. Cette loi va précariser davantage les travailleuses et travailleurs, les lycéen·nes, les étudiant·es avec ou sans papiers.
LâextrĂȘme droitisation de la politique gouvernementale sâinsĂšre dĂ©sormais dans la loi, grĂące Ă lâalliance des macronistes, de la droite et de lâextrĂȘme droite. Il s'agit de la loi la plus rĂ©gressive depuis 40 ans. Cette loi s'attaque aux libertĂ©s publiques, bafoue les droits fondamentaux tel que le droit d'asile et rĂ©instaure la double peine. La dĂ©mocratie doit se bĂątir sur des valeurs d'Ă©galitĂ© entre toutes et tous. Nous exigeons lâabandon de cette loi. Ce samedi 6 janvier BDS 34 (Boycott, DĂ©sinvestissement et Sanctions) a appelĂ© Ă une action pour dĂ©noncer la politique de Carrefour par rapport Ă lâĂtat dâIsraĂ«l : Carrefour a envoyĂ© gratuitement des colis alimentaires aux soldats israĂ©liens engagĂ©s dans le massacre de Gaza, Carrefour vend des produits provenant des colonies israĂ©liennes en Palestine, Carrefour renforce ses partenariats avec des entreprises liĂ©es Ă la colonisation de la Palestine. Lâaction visait Ă informer de ces Ă©lĂ©ments la clientĂšle de Carrefour en appelant Ă boycotter cette enseigne.
Durant une heure les manifestant·es ont sillonnĂ© les rayons du Carrefour de Lattes en alternant slogans, prises de parole, « die in » pour symboliser les mort·es de Gaza. Lâambiance Ă©tait trĂšs dĂ©terminĂ©e et tendue car encadrĂ©e de prĂšs par la police et la sĂ©curitĂ© de Carrefour. Mais, conformĂ©ment au souhait des organisateurs, elle sâest dĂ©roulĂ©e sans violence ni dĂ©gradation. Les reportages des journalistes prĂ©sent·e·s sur place et les nombreuses vidĂ©os lâattestent.
Alors que les manifestant·e·s quittaient le magasin, un incident minime avec un vigile a crĂ©Ă© une courte et petite bousculade. AuditionnĂ© seulement le lendemain vers 10h30, puis libĂ©rĂ© vers 14h30 le dimanche, il aura subi plus de 23 heures de garde Ă vue sans raison, les vidĂ©os en notre possession sont Ă©galement Ă©clairantes de ce point de vue. Il lui a Ă©tĂ© signifiĂ© oralement quâil serait poursuivi pour refus de prĂ©lĂšvement ADN et participation Ă une manifestation illicite, quâune convocation au tribunal lui serait envoyĂ©e.
Pour nous, il sâagit clairement dâune volontĂ© de criminaliser le soutien Ă la cause palestinienne. Les actions de Boycott qui Ă©cornent lâimage des entreprises et peuvent avoir des rĂ©percussions sur leurs chiffres dâaffaires sont un moyen porteur pour agir ici face au drame qui se joue en Palestine. Et câest quelque chose dont le pouvoir ne veut pas. Plus gĂ©nĂ©ralement, il veut cantonner toute initiative du mouvement social et syndical Ă des actions symboliques. Les manifestations qui pourraient gĂȘner les affaires en centre ville, les grĂšves qui paralysent lâĂ©conomie, les blocages de ronds-points ou dâentreprises qui ralentissent les flux Ă©conomiques, les piquets de grĂšve devant les entreprises qui gĂ©nĂšrent de la solidaritĂ©, les actions Ă©cologistes qui retardent des projets nocifs et inutiles ⊠tout ça lâĂtat et les capitalistes nâen veulent pas. Le nombre de syndicalistes sanctionné·es et inquiĂ©té·es Ă la suite du mouvement contre la casse de nos retraites lâatteste tristement, comme par exemple les salarié·es dâEDF sanctionné·es pour avoir fait des coupures ciblĂ©es dâĂ©lectricitĂ© ou qui ont restaurĂ© le courant Ă des personnes qui nâavaient pas pu payer leurs factures⊠Or la plupart de nos grandes conquĂȘtes sociales lâont Ă©tĂ© par des actions lĂ©gitimes mais pas nĂ©cessairement lĂ©gales : rappelons-le, les congĂ©s payĂ©s dont tou·tes les salarié·es bĂ©nĂ©ficient, lâont Ă©tĂ© suite Ă de massives occupations dâusine !
