Hegseth's move of renaming Fort Liberty as Fort Bragg, but not THAT Bragg, shows the way forward for LGBTQ. We keep talking about it, but just tell them that it really stands for:

Liberty, Greatness, Bitcoin, Trump, and Q-Anon.

They are all pretty simple-minded and poor readers. It should work.

Motorhome DONE (7): The 3.2 meters long object we could not do without :) - videos.trom.tf/w/rc4GYZuXuhx4d…

We needed a ladder because the one that is attached to the motorhome is really not that good and useful. This is the last video in this series of "motorhome done", just to complete the tour 😃. Next videos will be a lot more interesting 😃.

K is for Know Kindness

This step in the personal ethical revolution I'm following (A-Z, one step every two weeks) discusses the known psychological and physiological benefits of kindness, and specifically of practising gratitude, the prime example being keeping a gratitude journal. (G has already been used for Goodbye Google, so I guess gratitude had to fit in here)
It seems there have been numerous studies on gratitude's personal benefits, such as reducing inflammation and boosting the immune system.I admit I'm a little skeptical, and note in the linked article there are also some studies that don't show these effects. Also, if you're genuinely kind or grateful you're not being it for personal benefit, are you?
Nevertheless, since I already write a diary, I will make a practice of including some thoughts of gratitude. It is undeniably a positive thing.

Navette sitting in the lid of the ancestral trunk. I think it was her first time exploring the trunk.
