This is the type of insanity and fuckery that makes you wanna give up on this world. So so unfair.
I made a donation campaign to help me pay for the yearly camper insurance since I cannot pay it by myself especially since I am on my own after Sasha exited herself from our relationship. The camper is my home. If I lose that all of my projects are in danger, of course. So if people help me they also help all of the many TROM projects we have.
I made the campaign and asked for 600€. This is the content of the campaign: Help me pay for my “tromhome” yearly insurance:
Every year I have to pay around 600€ for the car insurance. This car is not just a car, is my only home. Is the place from where I create all of the TROM projects. From content, to VideoNeat, TROMjaro, TROMnews, TROM.tf and many more.

This past year has been an absolute nightmare for me. Health issues, my girlfriend left me, financial problems, etc.. I was able to support myself via the monthly donations I get from TROM, barely, but now being alone I cannot afford these big expenses. So I have to ask for help,
It’s always like that, and I hate asking for this sort of help, but is not much I can about.
Thank you to anyone who can help out. If a miracle happens and I get more than this amount then I can fix some problems with the car, like the front suspensions that cost a lot of money (650€ …), or buy a new window (big one) for the camper because the one I have is cracked and it rains inside of it.
At least I hope to raise the money to pay for the insurance. My savings are around 1.000 Euros (maybe) and I can pay for it from that, but then I am too close to being totally broke. I need some savings in case of emergency situations.

I hope that if people appreciate the work I do for TROM they can help me a bit financially so I can continue, as people are the reason I can still do these things.

After 2 days and a single anonymous 10€ donation, I got this email from GoFundMe (in German, for some reason – I even thought it is Spam). Translated:
Hello,
We regret to inform you that GoFundMe can no longer process donations for your account. We have removed your GoFundMe account, including all associated campaigns.
Furthermore, we have initiated refunds for all donations to your campaign that have not yet been paid out; the respective donors will receive their funds back within the next 3–7 business days.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide details regarding the reasons for this action. This measure is taken to ensure the security of our platform.
Thank you for your understanding.
I ignored it for a day and did not even translate that message because I thought it was spam, until my friend Roko asked me what happened to the campaign because the link is not working. I checked and indeed the campaign was gone. I translated the german message and I was shocked…

So was this an issue with that anonymous donation I got or what?? What can I do if a donor donates in a suspicious way to my campaign…or what this has to do with me?

And that’s it! The secrecy is insane. WTF has happened one might wonder…I will probably never ever know.
This is what happens when you rely on these platforms…they can shut you down WITHOUT any explanation. This should be ILLEGAL.
The Universe was already against me. After so many problems attacking me for the past year, for the past week I had to urgently fly to Romania after my father had the 5th stroke. I am helping my parents move back to Spain because the healthcare system in Romania is a disaster. A lot of stress, lack of money….terrible situation I am in. I barely had time to create this donation campaign and I got it shut down like that.
Nothing works for me. I am cursed. If I were to believe in such nonsense I would have all the reasons to go mental about it. Final Destination: Cursed.
I will make the campaign again as soon as I can….because I have little choice. I need help. Likely I will make a campaign to pay for our servers for a year, so I can pay the insurance with my own savings.
Life sucks. And I really really look forward to when it wont suck anymore. Let’s see.

Now I understand what people were talking about crypto-currencies and such, before it all became a get-rich-quick scheme of course. Back when it was seen as a decentralized tech made to democratize financial transactions.
I got an email from Paypal the other day saying they have removed my bank account that I had linked since I wasn't using it for a long time, and then got a message saying I have to "verify my identity" to continue.
Yeah but in my case it's understandable, at least I wasn't using my PayPal account for a long time so they removed my bank account which had been linked. I don't know what they mean by having to "verify my identity" but they mentioned it's due to some new guidelines by the government they did all this.....
Either way, in my case they at least communicated and gave me time. What GoFundMe did to you is even more infuriating, deleting your account on a whim with no explanation WTF!?
