I've heard about her in a podcast episode before, and yeah I think they interviewed her partner too and talked about how they had to keep their relationship a secret.

Oh I'm sure this documentary will be much longer with more details... In the end of that podcast episode I remember them criticizing NASA and USA a bit for the way they treated her, and at the end they talked about how she was only the first American women to go to space, because if you drop that word American then other Women have been in space before - but yeah NASA had sent many men to space before, so they could do it but still were way too late in sending a women.
