This was the best place we visited so far, an amazing hike through a wonderful canyon. This hike was considered one of the most dangerous in the world up until 2015 or so, when they rebuilt it all to make it safe. The views are spectacular. Hard to showcase that in a video....but we did our best 😃.

We went to the famous Caminito Del Rey in the South of Spain. But before we had to do the hike, we stopped for a few days in some near-by beautiful places. One particular was very nice, but almost impossible to get out of. This was the most challenging for our Tortuga (motorhome) so far. We also did the laundry again, bought some food, and went for a nice walk around the area.

Fuente Del Arco was a surprisingly good paid parking. Just 6 euros for parking, water, and electricity. But when we tried to get out we realized that the only way out was uphill and near a big hole that was not there when we parked. It was really difficult to get the motorhome out of there... But we really liked that place in terms of motorhome parking.

We found an open Zoo in the middle of nowhere - videos.trom.tf/w/qxr8J6LgSJG56…

Japanese chickens, emus, exotic birds, llamas, dear...we came across this weird zoo-like place. We still do not know why it was there and what's up with it. Perhaps to showcase people these exotic animals. But is it ok to keep them there in a closed space?

On the other hand I, Tio, recognize the irony in the fact that I buy meat and put in the freezer. These are dead animals. But I have severe digestive issues and I can only eat a few things. Meat is one of them unfortunately. I wish this was not the case.

But well, it was an interesting and in a way weird experience for us to see this "zoo". We spent a night there.

Isla del Zujar is probably a popular place in the summer, but off season it is totally deserted. And no phone service at all. But we had plenty of solar power and satellite internet so we could stay for many days there. It was very relaxing, quiet, dark, and some hiking places near by. So nice!

Masatrigo looks like a volcano, but it is just a beautifully shaped hill with a roundabout around it. It looks so cool from afar, and the entire area is actually super beautiful. But it has been raining in Spain for many weeks and the soil/grass was very wet. We parked in a not so very steep place, but it was enough to get us totally stuck.

Luckily a very nice old man came to our rescue.

We stayed in a paid parking in Almaden to wait for the bad weather to go away. We were so sick of the so many rainy days. Even our batteries were drained.

On the positive side we installed CalyxOS on the new but old phone we got for Sasha. CalyxOS is a trade-free phone operating system - see calyxos.org/. No ads, no Google crap, nothing like that. And we explain how we did it.

PLAYA DE LA COLADA: This was a beautiful yet kinda creepy place because we found a LOT of fish dying and it looked really weird. Not a water you want to go swim into. We solved the mystery later on when we red more about the place... Except that, we had a good time there and the scenery was really nice. We even did some nigthtime timelapse.

Parked near a lake.

Beautiful night sky :)

These are the places I love the most. Kinda alone. Nature. Peaceful.

Today we got another Abuse report from the hosting company. I think I am quite sure there was something bad with our server, namely with our Synapse (Matrix) server. It was accessing iPs from outside every second or so. Lots and lots of requests. After investigating we realized we had around 500 guest users. These users do not need an email account/registration to be part of the server. We enabled that a while ago. Bad decision.

We nuked them all today. Now hopefully that was the issue and many of these were bots spamming other Mat
