In the early days of the internet sometimes I let my naughty curiosity have some fun and I remember searching for rare animal encounters like a lion and a tiger, or whatever....was curious how these 2 predators react.

Do that now and you get loads of channels like this youtube.com/@Buzzbible/videos

Fake AI shit...and they are getting better and better. And they get so many thousands of views, if not millions. And they even make money out of it.

Yah, how can I not want to give up the internet game?! It is getting shittier and shittier.

The incentive is the issue, not the technology. When you have millions of humans who are poor, but also taught that making money and consuming is important, then they do their best to make money.

No regulation or law will work.

The solution? Maybe get people out of poverty, give everyone their basic needs at least so we dont have hungry hyenas everywhere trying to hunt everyone. This is a discussion that is lacking among those who complain about the state of the internet...

I've observed this very same thing (the videos are getting better you're right) with movie trailers.

Very impresive documentaries Kingdom and Hamza's hidden wild isles (bbc).

Just watching the film The Railway Man and a quote by Colin Firth, which made me chuckle, was

'"if you think Warrington is interesting, wait until you get to Preston!"

2025 is almost over. Wild.

How was everyone's Thanksgiving? And how's your holiday season going?

It's my first Christmas without my dog Dijon. He passed away this year. To honor his memory, I've been posting a lot of video and photos of him. I've also been taking care of as many animals as I can. :D

Malicious LLMs empower inexperienced hackers with advanced tools

"Copilot was my AI, but we crashed into the future and it ate me."

Malicious LLMs empower inexperienced hackers with advanced tools

The proverbial and predictable, "This is why we can't have nice things," story -- though, I'm not quite on-board with even the "nice things" portion of that statement.

I suppose that's ONE way to force the non-believers to comply: It will become a life-or-death necessity to adopt AI as a self-defense against other AIs, regardless of one's lack of faith in the utopian future promised by the tech bros.

Rather than legislate, regulate, and "vaccinate", wait until the problem is pandemic, then sell the next generation of anti-virus software so that the populace gets robbed at both ends.

I’ve been meaning to write this blog for well over a year, and finally managed to get it done:
bigworldsmallsasha.com/2025/12…

It's about my whole journey of writing and publishing my book (all the sweat and tears it took + how much I earned in the end), as well as a few other updates about what I've been doing over the past few years and where we'll likely head next.

Thanks to everyone who's been there for me throughout this journey! I appreciate you all 💛

I don't feel pressured to read it, no worries 😄 In my experience once I start reading it then I can get really into it and get through many pages, but I am not a fast reader tho so I will take my time with it - which is why I'm taking these breaks when I feel like I have other things to work on, mostly because I want to avoid eye strain.

And yeah I will let you know if I spot any typos for sure, it becomes easy to miss tho when you get really into the book and start enjoying it 😄

This is one of the most remarkable documentary series I've seen recently. Amazing! Must watch!

In this new series, paleoanthropologist Ella Al-Shamahi reveals humanity's incredible story across 300,000 years of human evolution and how – thanks to new discoveries – we're learning that the story is stranger and more surprising than we ever imagi…

Yes, it was released two months ago on BBC iplayer, where I watched it. For me, two month is a long time.

Ok :) - the older I get the more I see months almost like days :D. Long time ago for me is like 10 years ago haha.

Fire, blood and fury
Smothered to dullness
Got lost in the mist

Bitter memories
Eased with a nursing smile
One pill at a time
