We've had to stick around the Girona region lately due to some doctor's appts, but luckily we found this gem of a place. Espai Natural de les Guilleries-Savassona, just south of the Pyrenees. Amazing place for hiking! And here we found a fantastic free motorhome parking area that even provided free electricity, so we're staying warm this winter 😊

Our top bed roof vent sucked. So we bought a very slim one called Roofstar 4. In theory it is easy to add it. But of course like all things, it is more difficult than you think. Anyway now we love this roof vent and it makes a big difference. We can even stargaze from the bed 😃

I use less than 5L of water to shower in our motorhome and I take a very decent shower. It is all about knowing how to use that water. Likely a shower at home would use over 10 times that. Here is the water consumption in EU on average:

You can go around the word itself and twist it any way you want, but in today's societal context likely politics is a lot of idiots and business people who seek personal gain. From what I observe this is the case.
It is the fault of the structure of our trade based society. As long as people are glued for survival to the trade game, nothing of importance can change in my view.

I know very well that there are some communities out there and the way they organize can be very different from the mainstream politics. But that mainstream politics, which is everywhere, is what I am referring to. And that seems like a corrupt and brainless world from my perspective.

This was the most expensive motorhome parking area we had paid for yet. It cost 8 euros per night and included water + clean toilets. We loved it because there was nobody around and it was in a beautiful mountainous area with some fantastic trails and viewpoints of Picos de Europa. There was even a trail called "the mythological route" with witches and goblins in the middle of the forest 😁

The incentive is the issue, not the technology. When you have millions of humans who are poor, but also taught that making money and consuming is important, then they do their best to make money.
No regulation or law will work.
The solution? Maybe get people out of poverty, give everyone their basic needs at least so we dont have hungry hyenas everywhere trying to hunt everyone. This is a discussion that is lacking among those who complain about the state of the internet...

I don't feel pressured to read it, no worries 😄 In my experience once I start reading it then I can get really into it and get through many pages, but I am not a fast reader tho so I will take my time with it - which is why I'm taking these breaks when I feel like I have other things to work on, mostly because I want to avoid eye strain.
And yeah I will let you know if I spot any typos for sure, it becomes easy to miss tho when you get really into the book and start enjoying it 😄
