Sad to hear that Michael Mosley has died and in such an unlucky situation after a short walk on a tiny Greek island. Probably because of the extreme heat and his age/health.

What is "post update version" again?

It does work to follow others from the same server and overall seems like Friendica is working well.

It took me quite some time to put together this 2 minutes section from the documentary. All of the footage had to make sense and I do not think any is stock footage. They are from different documentaries and such. Anyway I think it is a powerful way to showcase how humans evolved into what we see today as a "society". And all from these ape-like creatures.

I can't trust you saying that CalyxOS for Pixel 4a is a security risk. I have no idea who you are or what you do. I bet most phones are not getting security updates anymore but we still see no epidemic of hacked devices and dead people around us.

Years on end? You make it sound like I've been hanging onto this phone for the last 10 years.
I bought the phone at release in August 2020. Google ended support for it in August 2023. Three years is an absolute joke.
My understanding is that Graphene gets the security updates via AOSP. Since Google no longer provides updates to the 4a then there is a definite security risk.
