This film follows my volunteer work with a raptor conservation team. Many Saker Falcons, eagles and other raptors die from electrocution on unprotected power poles. In the field, we search for carcasses, collect data, and identify dangerous poles so they can be isolated. There is also a rescue center and an experimental aviary testing safer designs. This is how science can protect wildlife.

Follow our journey with the Irish Bee Conservation Project and learn what you can do to protect pollinators near you.

Bees & other pollinators are crucial for our own survival. Yet most of the attention goes to the Honey bees, because they produce honey and most of the other pollinators are neglected. Like wild solitary bees for example, which are much better pollinators than a honey bees.

All around the world there is huge problem of habitat destruction for all insects and animals, our fields are full of chemicals and pesticides, mono-culture is everywhere and there are less and less patches of wild nature with rich biodiversity.
