Hey,
I'm actually on the Trom Peertube and wanted to join the Friendica too! I'm Alesha. I'm happy to be here. I landed here to start over. I cut off my past, and 99% of them are on Facebook and Instagram. And Facebook locked me out for 8 months, so it was a sign to look for alternatives lol. Landed here to start over on social media, friendships, everything. Cheers!
Hmmm.... I had this long text written, and I switched screens to copy an Alt text to add. I switched back... And the whole post was gone! Apparently, you can't "just" leave the screen of a compose message open in Raccoon....
Unfortunately, I don't really have the spoons to type it all again now. π Which is quite a bummer...
If I will feel better later today, or maybe the upcoming night, I will try to re-write it and see what I can make of it then.
I'll just add the image I tried to add, with the alt text that I was having made. Ugh, why did the app not save it as a draft? π

Cerro del Hierro, a very nice place where we stayed for a few days and were able to capture perhaps the most amazing nigthsky timelapse. Us, a bench, and the rest of the universe. And we explain how we do these photos/timelapses.We were also invaded by goats and Sasha went for a small hike between the beautiful rocks.

We also sealed all of our motorhome to protect from water infiltration, and overall spent some 5 amazing nights in this beautiful place, Castillo de Setefilla!

I've been working on my blog a bit while on my tablet. Now, I should be writing a bit on my PC, but I just want to lay down a bit and watch some telly. Maybe I'll get to the PC after some relaxing... It did feel good to write some for my blog, and I would love to have some more posts lined up in advance, just in case I won't be able to write too much in the first few days after the surgery...

Kleine correctie: Thiel is al een tijdje niet meer de baas van PayPal. Hij stond wel (o.a. met Musk) aan de wieg van PayPal. Toen stonden ze bekend als de PayPal Maffia.
Tja, als een organisatie veel (terechte) flak krijgt voor een samenwerking, gaan ze natuurlijk niet elke maand de pers opzoeken om te vertellen dat ze nog steeds samenwerken. Je kunt dat beter omdraaien: Gaia-X heeft wel de pers opgezocht om te zeggen dat die samenwerking er wel is maar dat Palantir echt heus aan allerlei regels moet voldoen en geen invloed op de besluitvorming zou hebben enz, maar nooit om te zeggen dat de samenwerking gestopt is.
De samenwerking is er volgens mij nog steeds, direct en indirect. Indirect oa via Airbus Skywise
