Day 1: Revisiting the GR11 in Alta Garrotxa
Day 1 on the trail: I feel out of shape, I forgot all my money at home, I'm not sure which rivers are dry and which are real rivers, and I'm filtering water with an old Katadyn BeFree water filter that I haven't used in 2 years. Wish me luck! 😅
Here is the book that I was celebrating publishing: www.bigworldsmallsasha.com/book/
And since the filming of this video, we have bought a motorhome, fixed it up, and made a bunch of videos about traveling around Spain in it! See our channel here: videos.trom.tf/c/ridewithless/

Many materials cannot be recycled indefinitely, and some are difficult or expensive to process at all. After sorting, waste must be collected, transported, cleaned, shredded or melted, and then re-manufactured into new products — all of which require energy, water, and infrastructure.
Because of these limits, recycling should be seen as one part of a wider strategy rather than a complete answer. Reducing consumption, re-using products, designing goods to last longer, and avoiding unnecessary packaging are usually more effective ways of cutting environmental impact. Recycling remains valuable, but it works best when it comes after efforts to prevent waste in the first place.
