I calculated my expenses of living full time in the motorhome by myself. Food, Fuel, Internet, gas tanks...and is under 500 Euros which is amazing! Cannot live with less in Spain. I am not missing out on anything I have all I need.
I am still in the mountains :).
Life is good. Working on some scripts for some TROM videos.

Institution, Technology, and the Reproduction of Society
Education is not only the transmission of knowledge. It is always involved in the reproduction of society. Institutions decide what counts as knowledge and how it is valued. Technology extends this process, reinforcing institutional logics but also opening new possibilities for change.
In my latest blog post, I draw on the work of Cornelius Castoriadis to explore how digital learning technologies mediate between reproduction and transformation. The key question is whether these technologies serve mainly to reproduce existing institutional patterns, or whether they can also create genuine spaces for collective imagination.

We are watching tonight's first live dances from Strictly Come Dancing and enjoying all the ones that I've seen.
Can anyone tell me, in ballroom dancing, why contestants have to be spray tanned?

Trying to reboot myself and TROM :) - so far so good. Excited to try and make a video series.
I live with very little money, maybe 500 Euros a month everything included (food, fuel, internet...). I have an old projector, a 260 Euros second hand thinkpad, and a Pixel 6a with Graphene OS that Aaron gave me :). And I love living cheap and with less.
Thats a way to get detached bit by bit from the trade society.

It's good you have a remote for it, maybe you could've shown it in the video I'm curious how it looks.
And yeah if you can connect via an app then it uses Bluetooth I assume, unless you have an IR blaster on your phone.

YouTube will offer creators a way to rejoin the platform if they were banned for violating COVID-19 and election misinformation policies no longer in effect, parent company Alphabet announced Tuesday in a House Judiciary Committee letter.
YouTube phased out its election misinformation policy in 2023 and COVID-19 restrictions in 2024. Among banned creators was Dan Bongino, now FBI deputy director. The move reflects broader tech industry content moderation rollbacks.
House Republicans pressured tech companies to reverse Biden-era policies, accusing the administration of coercing inappropriate content censorship. Alphabet said the decision reflected commitment to free speech and conservative voices on the platform.
