Working on a video about the cancer of culture, this "racism", division, hate, violence, groups and separation. And I feel like I should give up. Just drive with the motorhome to some nature places and focus on positive things because this world is really insane.
Likely I will finish the script, but honestly the state of the world today is like metastasized cancer. Seems incurable.
Sad because we are all one species with the greatest history in the entire universe. How we evolved, how connected we are, how capable we can be.
But what can you expect from a trade based society where humans are consuming idiots in a race to accumulate more and more. Mindless. Zombies. Robots that have no purpose other than that of being a tool in a consumerist society.

This is a recording I did after we finished filming for the TROM 2 documentary. I wanted to compress all of my thoughts in one go, one recording. And this rant is more than relevant today when it seems this world is fast slipping into idiocracy. In essence I think that the human society has dug its own grave so deep, it is likely we cannot save it from a total failure. However, if you have the patience to watch the entire rant, you will see that despite this negativity I am still positively active with sane and nice projects and I will continue to do so.
If the world is fucked, it does not mean I, or you, have to be fucked and complete idiots, or to not care about the world.

Some time ago there was an album of singer Jack Johnson who with it was fighting the plastic pollution. He made a nice music video collecting plastic on a beach, and was promoting especially problem on the beaches of Hawaii, of course the album was in a plastic CD format :)
I pointed out that in the comments, and I believe his manager replied that if I don't want CD i can buy digital download :) But the fact that they are selling hundreds of thousands of plastic CD's haven't confused him at all :)

Yeah I am so not surprised. I wonder if these people understand the irony and choose to ignore it because they make money off of it, or simply they cannot see the connection there....
