We put 260W of solar panels on the roof and connected them to our Bluetti AC180. And we had to do part of it in the dark.
We post only on @PeerTube despite getting a lot less views there, for now, than we would on Youtube. But we need to create new/original content on Peertube if we are to make it more popular.
On top of that I love Peertube. No ads, no bullshit. Just a sane video platform.

Since we calculate our Petreon and Liberapay money as "people" (divide the amount by 5) we had to adjust the amount of people who support our 200 for TROM from 99 to 93. It is still great but we need more help ;).
We highly recommend that you use our 200 for TROM to support us and not the above ones since it is easier and most support comes from there anyway.

TROM.tf server updated to the latest Yunohost and Debian. However our Matrix server is currently not working, probably lots of database migrations are still on the way. Hopefully in a few hours it should work, if not there is some work to do to fix it.
TROM Send is not working - will see what can be done about that. For now it has been removed.
And we have removed our Pixelfed instance. It was setup for testing purposes and I, Tio do not have time to manage it. Plus the YNH package is not very up to date. Lastly, we are running very low on diskspace for TROM.tf so we need to only keep relevant and useful services.
If in the future someone from TROM wants to manage a Pixelfed instance we can fire one up ;).
There is a lot of work for TROM behind the scenes, so you know!

Before they watch a video about volunteering, restoring nature, cutting down the waste and so forth, they will watch very attractive ads for buying shit, Big Macs, harmful and wasteful products. I find that beyond outrageous.
So I think we should try to push your Peertube channel more. Maybe you can tell me what format are you saving your videos in so I can look what may be the issue with uploading them to Peertube. We have uploaded thousands of videos to Peertube and everything works great.
We should change these habits too of posting on these ad-network. I get it about the reach, but in parallel we should give these alternatives platforms a try too.

Russia is 100% responsible for its own actions; but NATO are in my mind at least 40% to blame for causing this war to begin and for the west to continue to support war; they are responsible for every ukrainian that dies from this day forward.

Consider this: if Russia wanted to stop the war today, they could. USA, the "west", or Ukraine cannot unless they agree to give up parts of Ukraine to Russia, and agree to more such things. But Russia all they have to do is go back home. That says it all.
