I finally finished my long blog post about my experience with getting a driving license in Spain. Terrible experience. But I won't publish yet. You see in Spain you don't get your license so fast. First you get a paper that allows you to drive in Spain for 3 months, and in the meantime you hope to get the actual license....but likely won't come in time so I'll have to contact the driving school to make a complaint about it....

In short, I'd prefer to publish the blog after I have my license. Just in case... :D Simply because the blog contains a lot of info that will piss off the driving school, in case they somehow come across it.

When I get my license, that plastic thing, I'll publish it.

A massive thanks to the anonymous 260 Euros donation. Wow this helps a lot! Many many thanks! tromsite.com/donate/

EDIT: then amount was refunded. Probably someone wanted to donate some 5 Euros a week/month for a period of time via Liberapay and they made a mistake and sent all of the money at once. We appreciate the help in any case! And we are trying to be as transparent about these donations as possible, thus the update.

Our TROMjaro Theme Switcher is now complete! 162 themes into this:

Cast is off for my broken finger but cannot bend it...

Fucking hell didn't know breaking your finger is such a big deal :D - it for sure slowed me down with the TROM projects. Will have to do therapy now...

Oh and yet another funny xray

Divers understand :))

These past days the focus was on TROM.tf and TROMjaro. Updates, bug fixes, maintenance. We are currently experiencing some issues with our Friendica if anyone can give us a helping hand please see this github.com/friendica/friendica…

We will release a new TROMjaro soon with our new and awesome theme switcher, a new virtual keyboard, and more.

Please support TROM if you can tromsite.com/donate/

Tying to do some good things in this backwards world.

A massive thanks to Yair who took me and Sasha with his paramotor for free. Amazing experience! To be above the clouds in such an exposed way :D - this experience will stick with me for a very long time! videos.trom.tf/w/tzAsKoDKqhNKx…

Sometimes you come across some super nice people.... very happy!

We also took him and his daughter for a night with the telescope and they were amazed. We showed them the Orion nebula, the Moon, Saturn, Jupiter and Mars. Quite a show! We had super interesting conversations. :)

Watch the video now! haha

We are already seeing some motorhomes :D - they are very expensive for our budget, but we will buy one, one way or another. Move there, call it TROMhome, travel, make videos, continue the work on TROM, meet more people, go to events, spread the word.

I will also do a donation campaign for the motorhome in case anyone wants to help out :D. Mind you we do a lot of free stuff so any help to buy a motorhome, is a help to allow us to maintain these projects and do more of them.

Campaign: end of the next month.
Motorhome: maybe end of this year or sooner. I hope.
TROMhome Peertube Exclusive video series :D : maybe starting next month. I would like to take you on our adventure even before we buy the motorhome. Could be interesting.
New TROM stuff? I hope in parallel to start to publish some new books/articles starting next month- I hope!

More timelapses I did with my Pixel 4a. I wonder, at times, am I alone?

When I post a photo on my Pixelfed account it automatically goes to my Friendica account, and then also to our TROMnews Photos :) - the power of activitipub and RSS. That's how the internet should be!

Could a £2-a-day basic income be the key to protecting rainforests? theguardian.com/environment/ar…

Well, of course that if you are poor you'll cut down trees to trade for some food! Everyone should be helped. A basic income without any strings attached is the most basic thing humans can provide now, for everyone!

We need to decouple people from this trade-based society!

Updated Friendica to the latest stable. Everything seems fine. Merged into Yunohost github.com/YunoHost-Apps/frien… - now I am one of the maintainers so that's good, I'll try to keep the package up to date. However we need help with this issue - github.com/YunoHost-Apps/frien…

Politics, a cringe show. And USA has the most popular of the shows.

Empty words, rich people, a cult of following. Nothing changes: most people have to trade their lives to survive (work), the rich are getting richer, inequality on the rise, the destruction of nature is flourishing. More idiots, more stupidity, shittier and fake lives.

Planet Trade. Welcome. Very predictable. Enjoy the show, slurp the fantasies.
