Prisencolinensinainciusol (Adriano Celentano)
I stumbled across this bit of brass, drum and "chant" by accident and was quite amused. There's also a wee bit o' harmonica. So I investigated. Today I Learned (TIL)...
According to the great god Wikipedia:
"Prisencolinensinainciusol" (pronounced [ˌprizeŋˌkɔliˌnɛnsinainˈtʃuːzol]; stylized on the single cover as "PRİSENCÓLİNENSİNÁİNCIÚSOL") is a song composed by the Italian singer Adriano Celentano, and performed by Celentano and his wife Claudia Mori. It was released as a single in 1972. Both the name of the song and its lyrics are gibberish, but are intended to represent what American English sounds like to people who do not understand English.
Here he is, performing the song whilst channeling the original Nutty Professor, Professor Julius Ferris Kelp (as portrayed by Jerry Lewis):

There is also a longer "extended cut" video, apparently produced by a fan, that incorporates the original(?) black-and-white extravagant dance production number (where I think he may be trying to channel Chico Marx 🤣) with some actual English lyrics added at the end.
It runs for over 7 minutes.
No attempt is made to sync the video -- which starts at 2:07, with the audio:
