Our Friendica instance got updated to the latest stable and all of our custom themes were updated and we added 2 more: Brown and Grey.


Go to Settings - Display to test them out.

They will be shared with the Friendica's developers if they want to include them in the default Friendica's themes or get some ideas about future changes.

Big thanks to these people who create Friendica for being so awesome and for keeping Friendica so useful and feature-rich!

InvoicePlane is a free and open source invoicing application. The project is the official successor and owner of the codebase of FusionInvoice version 1.x, which was written by Jesse Terry. FusionInvoice was an open source software before but was transformed into a commercial product with the release of version 2.x.
Kovah, the InvoicePlane project leader, took over the codebase and restarted the project with a new name: InvoicePlane.

Even if you still can use the roads (e.g. send emails, or browse websites) your vehicle might get hijacked, damaged, or long arms might reach into its back and steal your items (data) to use it against you and sell it to others – while you can’t even notice the thievery nor accuse and hold the scroungers accountable. The Internet was not designed with security in mind: protecting against address forgery, routers learning metadata, or choosing trustworthy third parties is nontrivial and sometimes impossible.

Since there are still some people who donate regularly via Patreon or Liberapay for our project, we have added that amount of money to our 200 for TROM campaign, as "people" supporting us. In a way that would be around 76 people out of 200 that we need. tromsite.com/donate/

Not bad. Almost 40% of the support that we need.

If we'll reach 100% then TROM will be sustainable indefinitely.

Of course...one must be very skeptical when the companies producing plastic are so keen about "recycling". Of course they like these programs even if they do not work (which is the case today) since it allows them to produce more plastic and make more profits.

Recycling is only relevant when there is not a huge incentive to produce waste in the first place.

We are now using the wonderful listmonk.app/ for our TROM Newsletter. Open Source and awesome! A proper self hosted Newsletter system. You can subscribe here newsletter.tromsite.com/subscr…

That being said we have removed the email notifications when new posts are created for all of our websites: tromjaro.com, videoneat.com, directory.trade-free.org, and so forth. This was done because the plugin we were using was discontinued for security reasons, but also because it is not a great idea to send emails like that, from a Wordpress website. And on top of this very very few people were using this feature.

All of our websites have a "follow" page where you can follow them via RSS or the fediverse.

To keep on doing trade-free things in a trade-based world is a fight that requires a lot of struggles, almost like swimming against a tsunami. But what is the alternative? Give up and not do anything? That's by far the easiest solution since the water current will push you into the "normal" direction. But for now we are still trying with TROM. We have reached many thousands of minds and with very little funding required. Thus, if you think TROM is still relevant, consider to support it since I (Tio) cannot push it all by myself.

Maxima – A Computer Algebra System

Maxima is a system for the manipulation of symbolic and numerical expressions, including differentiation, integration, Taylor series, Laplace transforms, ordinary differential equations, systems of linear equations, polynomials, sets, lists, vectors, matrices and tensors. Maxima yields high precision numerical results by using exact fractions, arbitrary-precision integers and variable-precision floating-point numbers. Maxima can plot functions and data in two and three dimensions.
