Sad to hear that Michael Mosley has died and in such an unlucky situation after a short walk on a tiny Greek island. Probably because of the extreme heat and his age/health.

He made many great documentaries, lots of them are featured on VideoNeat.

Life is a short adventure and you have no clue when it is going to end.

What is "post update version" again?

!Friendica Admins I have updated my Friendica to the 2024.03 and I have "The database version is 1557/1557, the post update version is 1507/1550." - I wonder what is the post update version in this case and will it take a while to update?

Can this be the reason why I cannot follow some accounts. Like this mastodon.online/@readeck - fails with a blank page redirecting to social.trom.tf/contact/follow?…

It does work to follow others from the same server and overall seems like Friendica is working well.

I am also getting this whenever I unfollow a contact:

It took me quite some time to put together this 2 minutes section from the documentary. All of the footage had to make sense and I do not think any is stock footage. They are from different documentaries and such. Anyway I think it is a powerful way to showcase how humans evolved into what we see today as a "society". And all from these ape-like creatures.

For the past few months TROMjaro's HiDPI feature stopped working. Now we have fixed it. It means that if you (say) have a 4k screen and want to select window upscaling by 2x via the Appearance, then everything will scale up including the QT apps. That should be the default behavior in XFCE but it is not...if it weren't for this fix you would see the QT apps as tiny small apps with small buttons and fonts. Unusable.

We want to make TROMjaro easy to use and fucking sane. If you scale your desktop up or down, then everything should just work!
