The idea of launching satellites to display ads to humans, from space, sounds like an utter idiocracy. But it is something some are thinking seriously about. See here.

A trade based society where humans need and want (because of constant training) to trade this for that, even when we have enough to provide this or that without trading anything in return.

If we keep this trade society alive, humanity will get trashed. And is likely to be too late anyway....

This ISO was created to reflect the (almost) monthly Manjaro Stable updates. In essence we want newcomers who try TROMjaro to not have to install a lot of updates out of the box. We will try to sync with these Manjaro Stable updates in that regards.

We need to release another quick ISO because most of the QT apps stopped working. To make this not too long, we use 2 packages that allow for the sync between GTK and QT in terms of theming, namely qt5-styleplugins and qt6gtk2.

Our Peertube instance (the youtube trade-free alternative) supports automatic video imports videos.trom.tf - meaning you can select your youtube, vimeo and so forth channels, and it will auto-sync with your peertube. The video, description, tags, and so forth will be auto-uploaded. How awesome!

We've also limited the resolution to Full HD as maximum. Everything else makes little to no sense and it is usually an overkill unless you have a huge screen that supports 2k or 4k native resolutions. We are also limited in terms of disk space...so it makes no sense to allow 3 minute 4k uploads that are 1GB. That's insanity.

Anyway, feel free to use our instance. We provide unlimited uploads. #tromlive

We are getting closer and closer to releasing a new TROMjaro ISO that will come with some really useful features for every TROMjaro user. In short, the changes we usually recommend for people to do (most of them at least) for each of our release, will be now pushed by us to everyone automatically. Thanks to @Roma and @Rokosun for the great work they've done for these past days.

As soon as we release this new TROMjaro ISO, the focus will shift once again on the TROM II documentary.

TROM is alive. And it has been since 2011. And we will continue to be. We plan a new TROM Meeting for the next year. We will let you know more details towards the end of this year. #tromlive
